SVSU's refund policy is straightforward. Students will receive a 100% refund if they apply 15 days before taking admission to the course. A 90% refund will be provided if the student notifies the university less than 15 days before their last date of admission. An 80% refund will be allotted to the students if they notify 15 days after their admission to the course. If the students inform in less than 30 days before their admission, they will be granted with 50% refund. After 30 days of being admitted to the course, students are not eligible for any refund.
At Subharti University Online, learners have the opportunity to transfer credits earned from another university if they have completed their first or second year of study and wish to apply for the subsequent years. To do so, learners must submit a prescribed form along with the required fee to the Directorate of Distance Education. Additionally, they must provide all relevant documents attested by a Gazetted Officer. The Credit Transfer fee for this process is Rs. 1500, with additional charges for the qualifying exam. This policy allows learners to seamlessly continue their education at Subharti University Online while recognizing their previous academic achievements.
