About JEE Mains 2025 Exam

The national level, Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 Session 1 Paper 1 was scheduled for 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29 Jan 2025 conducted in a computer-based test format. Organized by the National Testing Agency, JEE Mains 2025 exam took place across 304 cities, in 618 centers including 15 international locations. This exam saw a total of 12,58,136 candidates appearing for the exam out of 13,11,544 registered candidates, making the exam with a 95.93% attendance rate. The difficulty level varied across sessions, making NTA’s normalization process crucial in determining fair scores.

Among the top scorers in the latest JEE Mains Session 1 Paper 1 2025 result, the majority of the candidates belong to the General category, with only one candidate each from the OBC-NCL and SC categories. Sai Manogna Guthikonda the only female topper of the highly competitive examination hails from Andhra Pradesh. Harshal Gupta secured the highest NTA score with 99.95 belonging to the PwD category coming from Chhattisgarh.
