The National Testing Agency which is often known as the NTA has opened the registration window for CUET PG 2025 (Common University Entrance Test) for the Postgraduate program. Candidates willing to pursue their higher studies as per their interests and aspirations can submit their applications by February 1, 2025. As the official notification says, the CUET PG entrance exam will be conducted from March 13 to 31 March 2025.

The Ministry of Education and the University Grants Commission (UGC) have granted the duty of performing the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) have been given to the National Testing Agency (NTA) in 2022. Eligibility Criteria for the Common University Entrance Test Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2025 entrance exam have been released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on its official website are mentioned below:

  • Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
  • A bachelor’s degree must be completed from any recognized university.
  • They must have gained a minimum percentage of 50% to 60% of aggregate marks.
  • There is no upper age limit for candidates applying for CUET PG 2025.
  • Candidates belonging to reserved categories like SC/ST/OBC/PwD get relaxations in eligibility criteria.

Steps to Apply for CUET PG Registration

  1. Visit the official website of NTA - https://exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-PG
  2. Navigate for the link on the homepage of the website and click on the link for CUET PG 2025.
  3. Click on the “New Registration” button.
  4. Candidates are requested to read all the instructions carefully.
  5. Fill out the application form with valid details and other required information.
  6. Upon completion of the registration and application process, save the digital copy or print it for future reference.

CUET PG Exam Pattern 2025

  • Candidates can choose up to four different question paper codes.
  • Every paper will not have a general test attached.
  • As chosen during registration, candidates may choose to take the General paper as a topic, with the comprehension portion being in Hindi or English.
  • The exam takes 105 minutes to complete.
  • 75 questions will make up the question paper.
  • 4 marks will be awarded for every correct answer.
  • 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
  • Linguistics will be in English, but all other language papers will be in their respective languages.
  • Higher science and M.Tech papers will only be written in English.
  • All Acharya papers will be in Sanskrit, except Baudha Darshan, Indian Knowledge System, and Hindu Studies.
  • Both Hindi and English will be available for the common papers, sciences, and humanities.
  • Three shifts will be used to perform the examination.
  • The final version of the questions in the question papers will be in English, except for languages and Acharya papers.

CUET PG Marking Scheme 2025

  • Every question carries 4 marks.
  • A correct answer will earn candidates 4 marks.
  • 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
  • No marks will be deducted or awarded for unanswered or unattempted responses.
  • Candidates should select an option out of four given options.
  • Only candidates who successfully answered using the updated Final Answer Key will receive marks after the Answer Key challenge process, even if there are several valid answers or if the key changes.
  • All candidates, whether or not they attempted the question, will receive full marks if it is dropped owing to a technical fault.

CUET PG Result 2025

The official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA) publishes the CUET PG Result 2025. Programs at Delhi University's (DU) best institutions are expected to be between 250 and 280 out of 400 total points. The minimum cutoff scores for particular courses and categories are usually announced by these universities.

If aspirants want to be part of the counselling, They must have the right papers and show them to be checked. Each CUET PG school that's taking part will check these papers on their own.

13 March 2025 is the exam date of CUET PG 2025.
