• Step 1: The very first step is to visit the official admission portal of IGNOU ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in. 
• Step 2: Then candidates have to register themselves and submit personal and academic details. And all the required documents. 
• Step 3: Once you have submitted all the required details you need to pay the application fees.
• Step 4: After the registration process and submitting the application form, candidates must take a printout of their application form.

Registration fees, cancellation of admission, and refund of fees

• The IGNOU registration fee is non-refundable.
• Registration payments will be repaid before entrance confirmation.
• If a cancellation request is received after admission has been confirmed, an amount equal to 15% of the programme price, up to a maximum of Rs.2,000/-, will be deducted from the payment.
• If a student chooses a soft copy of the study materials, the payment will be refunded after deducting just the registration fee.
• If a cancellation request is received from a student who has received a fee waiver and has only paid the Registration and Development costs, only the Development charge will be returned.
• There will be no fee refunds after 60 days from the admissions closing date.
