What is JEE Main 2025?
JEE ( Joint Entrance Examination) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the NTA ( National Testing Agency) for admission to undergraduate engineering and architecture programs. There are two separate exams conducted for both fields paper 1 is for engineering and paper 2 is for architecture admissions. JEE main 2025 exam dates for session 1 have been already released, according to the schedule, the JEE main session 1 is going to be conducted from 22 to 31st January 2025.

JEE Main 2025 Eligibility Criteria
To apply for JEE Main 2025, you must meet the following JEE Main Eligibility Criteria
- Students must have completed their 10+2 from a recoganized board.
- Students who have passed their 10+2 exams in 2023, are appearing in 2024, or will appear in 2025 are eligible to apply.
- For B.E/ B.Tech programs, candidates must have studied Physics and Mathematics, along with any one of the subjects like chemistry, biology, or technical vocational subjects. For B.Arch, candidates need Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. For B.Plan, Mathematics is compulsory.
- General category candidates must secure at least 75% marks in their class 12 exams or be in the top 20 percentile of their respective board exams. For SC/ST candidates, the requirement is a minimum of 65%.
- There is no age limit for a candidate appearing for JEE Main 2025.
- Candidates can attempt JEE Main for a maximum of three consecutive years after completing class 12.
