The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has officially announced the UPPSC Prelims Result 2024 for the UPPSC PCS exam. Candidates who appeared for the Uttar Pradesh Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services (PCS) Preliminary Examination 2024 are hereby informed that the results were declared on 28th February 2025. The result PDF, which contains the roll numbers of candidates shortlisted for the Mains exam, can be accessed on the official UPPSC website: www.uppsc.up.nic.in.

The UPPSC Prelims exam, held on 22nd December 2024, saw a total of 241,359 candidates take part. Out of these, 15,006 candidates have successfully qualified to move forward in the selection process for the 947 vacancies available under the Combined State / Upper Subordinate Services category. These candidates are now eligible to appear for the UPPSC PCS Mains Exam, the dates for which will be announced soon on the official UPPSC portal.

Overview of UPPSC Prelims Result 2024 

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has announced the results of the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Preliminary Examination (PCS Prelims) for 2024. The exam, which was held on December 22, 2024, was conducted in two shifts, morning and afternoon, across various centers in Uttar Pradesh. A total of 576,154 candidates had applied for the examination, with 243,111 candidates appearing in the morning shift and 241,359 in the afternoon shift. The examination was held in offline mode and served as the first step in the selection process for various administrative positions in the state. After the results were declared, 15,066 candidates successfully cleared the prelims and are now eligible to appear for the UPPSC Main Examination. The result is available on the official UPPSC website, where candidates can check their performance and find the rank list. The UPPSC selection process includes three stages: the Preliminary Examination, the Main Examination, and the Personality Test (Interview). Candidates who have passed the prelims must now prepare for the Main Examination, with the schedule and further notifications expected to be released on the UPPSC website.
